Clinic Policies
At Empowered Medical Aesthetics, we value your time and strive to provide the best possible service. To ensure smooth operations and accommodate all our clients effectively, as we as appreciate our practitioners time and schedule we have a Cancellation Policy in our clinic.
Notice Period: To cancel or reschedule an appointment, we require at least 24 hours’ notice. This allows us to offer the time slot to other clients who may be waiting for an appointment.
Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment will incur a cancellation fee. This fee will be $100.00
No-Show Policy: Failure to attend a scheduled appointment without prior notice will result in a no-show fee. This fee will be $150.00.
Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule an appointment, please do so at least 24 hours in advance to avoid any cancellation fees. We will make every effort to accommodate your new preferred time.
Special Circumstances: We understand that emergencies and unforeseen circumstances may arise. Please contact us as soon as possible to discuss any special situations, and we will consider waiving or adjusting the fees at our discretion.
